Steelman Engineering CC was established by Marius Booy and Henry Backhouse during 1996. They started off with 2 employees and expanded over the years. The business was operated from a backyard storeroom situated in Montana, Pretoria.
After hard work and great accomplishments the new premises was found in 2004 and is being upgraded throughout the last couple of years. They have 40 employees and the company strives to improve work conditions and efficeincy by keeping up with the latest market trends.
The factory and shop front is ideally situated in Pretoria North, near major routes and close to all our suppliers which translates to low transport costs and better prices. Steelman Engineering prides themselves in their proffesional service and high standard of quality manufacturing. The company is currently delivering steel products to large companies and individuals.
We specialize in CNC waterjet cutting (2012 new fast technology) & CNC high-definition Plasma cutting. We also do DIY palisade fencing / gates, metal pressings, guillotining, bending and tube rolling.
